“Human is the motive power carrying the companies to the future
with his knowledge and experiences. The companies accepting human
as a main investment develop on the way of absolute success with
the shine of this comprehension.”
The summit, organized in 23 – 24 February, 2005, in Istanbul, is
done enthusiastically with joining of many well-known groups. By
using the symbol of “beacon”, the idea of human resources being a
guide in seas, was emphasized in a different manner.

The summit, organized by the cooperation of MCT and EVENTUS, was 2
days and president was Mr. John DOER as last year organization. By
the joining of AHMET ZORLU, CEM MANSUR, JOHN HALL, YANKI YAZGAN,
DANAH ZOHAR VE SHAY MCCONNON, many human resources managers came
together and found the chance of listening these esteemed people.
There were 1453 people joining the summit.38 % of these was human
resources managers, 22 % was specialists and the rest was top
level directors.
Since the main concept is human, human focused subjects
were the major and the comprehension of “the most successful
companies are the ones appreciating their employees most” was
tried to be given in all sessions. Lastly, as the famous magician
Mr. SHAY MCCONNON, the most funny guest of the organization, said;
“every person looks like an empty jar but some of them fills it
with compote, some with pea, some with marmalade. Don’t think any
person full with something in your jar. This is the difference and
you can notice the differences by being aware”
